Jennifer Lopez is reportedly enjoying some "breathing room" while vacationing overseas amid her reported marital woes and rumored strife with husband Ben Affleck.
The "On the Floor" singer, who recently canceled her tour, is spending some time in Europe with friends after needing a change in scenery, a source told Entertainment Tonight. Lopez has been at the center of much public speculation that she and Affleck are having trouble in their marriage.
"Jen loves vacationing in Europe during the summer. It's been nice for her to experience a change of pace and have some breathing room," the source said. "She has been having a blast with her friends. They love to go to fun dinners, have late nights, lay out in the sun, get dress up, dance, and shop."
Lopez decided a vacation with friends was just what she needed to ring in summer and relax rather than jetting overseas with Affleck given that the source claimed it's not really the Argo director's "scene."
"That's never really been Ben's scene, even when him and Jen weren't having any issues," the source added. "Jen isn't letting the fact that Ben's not there bring her down."
In addition to her and Affleck's rumored rift, Lopez canceled her This Is Me... Live tour last month, telling fans she was "completely heartsick and devastated" but noted the decision was "absolutely necessary."
