Checkpoints Being Set Up In Faulkner County To Prepare For Flooding

Officials in Faulkner County have set up checkpoints along the river and are closing off sections of land that are being taken by the Arkansas River flood waters as the historic flood pushes into Central Arkansas. For those being displaced, there is a shelter opening in Conway at the Don Owens Center that will take people as well as their pets.
