With the Arkansas River on the rise and many western Arkansans being displaced due to flooding, lots of people in Central Arkansas are wondering about their homes and areas. The Army Corps of Engineers has provided a website that you can use to check specific locations to see if flooding is predicted to be a problem in the coming days and where the greatest potential for flooding will occur.
You can CLICK HERE to reach the maps page, then click the "2019 Event - Inundation Forecast" tab and enter your address or a town to see the projected results of flooding on the Arkansas River. There are also several pictures in the gallery below of the projections.
