Some areas of the Arkansas River have already begun to crest and will remain at that level until June 3rd or so, with other areas of the river still rising. NWS is predicting later floodwater crests for Little Rock, Pine Bluff and Pendleton, even though Pine Bluff is already seeing flooding in some areas.
