According to the National Weather Service, the water levels along the Arkansas River are starting to recede in the Dardanelle and Morrilton area, although flooding will continue to be a problem for some time. Toad Suck Lock & Dam is expected to crest today and Little Rock will be expected to crest tomorrow, slightly higher than earlier predictions.
