The model received the most romantic shoutout from her hubby, who penned her a passionate message to celebrate her 24th birthday this Sunday (November 22).

As fans know, Justin and Hailey initially wed in September 2018 in a civil courthouse union. On September 30, 2019, the lovebirds would come together to do it all over again in a formal Christian ceremony in South Carolina.
